Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to operational requirements.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on the customer’s location, courier partner availability, and logistics conditions. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India. Shipping availability depends on courier partner service coverage.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disruptions, or logistical constraints. Shuddhya is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details including name, address, phone number, and pincode. Incorrect details may lead to failed deliveries or delays.

6. Damaged Shipment

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details so we can review and assist.
