At Shuddhya, we deal in natural and consumable food products such as A2 ghee and cold-pressed oils. Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of these products, returns and refunds are currently not offered.
Once an order is placed and successfully processed, we do not provide refunds or exchanges. This is to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed for dispatch. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before completing payment.
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
